The Gleichweit B3 barrels for Boehm clarinets were developed as a collaborative project between two clarinetists: Johannes Gleichweit (German–Viennese clarinet) and Emir Radišević (Böhm clarinet). Based on established tonal concepts, carefully selected materials, and extensive experience with barrel designs across both clarinet systems, these barrels meet the highest standards of sound, intonation, and playing comfort.
The B3 barrels were extensively tested in concert halls, rehearsals, studio recordings, and live performances. The result is a high-precision ebonite clarinet barrel that delivers stable intonation, a focused sound, and reliable projection.
The elegant ringless design combined with specially selected ebonite (hard rubber) allows for a warm, centered tone, clear and carrying projection, and easy, precise articulation. This makes the Gleichweit B3 barrels ideal for orchestral playing, chamber music, solo performance, and studio work.

The Gleichweit B3 barrels fit most clarinet brands with standard tenon diameters. Exceptions may apply for instruments with non-standard dimensions.
