The F.A. Uebel B-621 Vienna is a Bb clarinet with a Viennese bore – designed for everyone who wants to combine the authentic sound of the Austrian tradition with modern playability. Its authentic Viennese bore enables nuanced, free and imaginative playing – touching and profound in sound, stable and reliable. Made from naturally seasoned grenadilla wood, it impresses with a soft, warm tone, excellent intonation and a precise, durable mechanism.
The Viennese Bore
The Viennese bore is wider and more open than the traditional German bore – giving the sound a special warmth, depth and fullness and a rich, nuanced tone. This makes the 621 Vienna remarkably versatile, from classical music through jazz to traditional wind music. A special highlight: the solid-wood barrel and solid-wood bell without the usual nickel-silver rings.
